With over three years of insurance broking experience, Reinhardt brings a practical, service-first approach that aligns perfectly with how we support our clients every day.
He’s joined our team to further strengthen the advisory and solution-focused support we provide our clients.
A strong foundation in Business Insurance
Reinhardt began his insurance career in New Zealand as a domestic insurance broker where he has specialised in business insurance solutions for small to medium-sized organisations across a wide variety of industries.
His key focus areas included:
- Commercial Property
- Business Interruption Insurance
- Trade Packs and packaged business insurance solutions
Reinhardt holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Information Systems and Marketing, and has also completed his Tier 2 studies.
How Reinhardt will support our clients
As an Account Broker, Reinhardt will be assisting clients with:
- Risk profiling and identifying exposures
- Insurance placement and renewals
- Claims support and advocacy
- Policy queries and ongoing support
Most importantly, he shares our “client first” mindset. That means being proactive and helping our clients reach the best possible outcome – not just ticking boxes at renewal time.
A bit of background
Born in South Africa, raised in New Zealand and studied in the United States, Reinhardt has a genuinely global perspective and a knack for connecting with people from all walks of life.
He’s also recently become a proud Sunshine Coast local, living here with his fiancée.
When he’s not helping clients build stronger insurance outcomes, Reinhardt is usually outdoors. He’s an avid golfer with experience playing Division 1 college golf in the USA, and he’s also into camping, surfing, tennis and more recently, pickleball.
